And as part of the Medibank Group, you'll join an organisation united by that shared purpose.\nThe Opportunity\nJoin Medibank’s AI Hub as a Software Engineer (Audience) in this 12-month fixed-term opportunity.\nYou’ll focus on audience engineering, customer data platforms and segmentation capabilities, helping shape how customer and audience data is managed, governed and activated across our digital ecosystem.\nWorking across marketing, data, AI governance and technology, you’ll develop scalable audience frameworks and activation solutions that enable more personalised and meaningful customer experiences.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test and deploy high-quality software solutions across the full development lifecycle.\nBuild and maintain audience frameworks, segmentation capabilities and customer data solutions.\nWork with customer data platforms, identity resolution, audience syndication and activation platforms.\nPartner with Data Governance, Privacy and AI Governance teams.\nContribute to customer data architecture and audience governance frameworks.\nChampion modern engineering practices, including DevSecOps, continuous integration and continuous delivery.\nSupport production systems through monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.\nMust Haves\nStrong experience building and supporting enterprise applications and integrations.\nHands-on experience with AWS, APIs, JSON and modern software engineering practices.\nExperience with Java, microservices and cloud-based architectures.\nStrong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and DevSecOps practices.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExperience working across cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.\nExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data360, customer data platforms, audience segmentation, SQL or data modelling will be highly regarded.\nWhy work for Medibank\nAt Medibank, we believe work should help you live better.
