And as part of the Medibank Group, you'll join an organisation united by that shared purpose.\nThe Opportunity\nJoin Medibank’s AI Hub as a Software Engineer (MarTech) in this12-month fixed-term opportunity.\nYou’ll focus on marketing technology platforms and engineering solutions that support customer engagement and broader business initiatives.\nWorking across product, design, marketing and technology, you’ll build, integrate and optimise modern marketing technology capabilities while delivering high-quality software solutions that enable business growth and innovation.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test and deploy high-quality software solutions across the full development lifecycle.\nBuild and enhance marketing technology capabilities, platforms and integrations.\nDeliver software solutions that support customer engagement and marketing platforms.\nContribute to application development, APIs, microservices and platform integration initiatives.\nCollaborate with product, design, marketing and technology stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.\nImplement modern engineering methodologies, DevSecOps practices and platform improvements.\nSupport production systems through monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.\nMust Haves\nStrong experience building and supporting enterprise applications and integrations.\nHands-on experience with AWS, APIs, JSON and modern software engineering practices.\nExperience with Java, microservices and cloud-based architectures.\nStrong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and DevSecOps practices.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExperience working across cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.\nExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, RESTful APIs, integration patterns, CI/CD tooling or customer-facing enterprise technology solutions will be highly regarded.\nWhy work for Medibank\nAt Medibank, we believe work should help you live better.
