position is ideal for a hands-on Network Engineer who can take ownership of the complete network and infrastructure environment, from designing and deploying new office networks to maintaining Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, VPN, security, and AD/DHCP infrastructure and supporting end users\n\nThe core responsibilities for the job include the following:\n\nNetwork and Infrastructure: \nDesign, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.\nManage and troubleshoot Cisco switches and routers\nConfigure and maintain Fortinet firewalls and security policies.\nManage Aruba Access Points and wireless controllers/infrastructure\nConfigure and troubleshoot IPsec VPN tunnels and FortiVPN\nMonitor network performance, availability, security, and connectivity.\nTroubleshoot end-to-end network issues involving LAN, WAN, VPN, routing, switching, wireless, and firewall connectivity.\nCreate and maintain network topology diagrams, documentation, IP addressing plans, and network configurations\nIdentify network bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve reliability and performance.\nPerform network upgrades, configuration changes, and infrastructure maintenance with minimal disruption.\n\nKey Competencies: \nManage and troubleshoot endpoint security and web security solutions\nWork with Active Directory (AD) and DHCP servers\nSupport and maintain SSO integrations with Active Directory\nTroubleshoot authentication, access, connectivity, and security-related issues.\nImplement and maintain appropriate network and security policies.\nCustomer-focused approach to end-user support.\nAbility to document technical solutions and infrastructure changes.\nWillingness to work on-site and travel to office locations when required.\nTake ownership of day-to-day network and infrastructure operations.\nManage multiple office locations and coordinate infrastructure-related activities.\nMaintain accurate documentation of network devices, configurations, topology, and infrastructure.\nPerform regular health checks and proactively identify potential issues.\nParticipate in infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and technology deployments.\nFollow IT security, change management, backup, and documentation procedures\nProvide hands-on technical support to end users for network, connectivity, system, and security-related issues.\nTroubleshoot issues related to Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, authentication, internet access, applications, and endpoint connectivity.\nDiagnose problems quickly and provide effective solutions.\nMaintain a strong focus on user experience and timely resolution of incidents.\nEscalate complex issues when required and coordinate with relevant teams or vendors\nLead network infrastructure deployment for new offices and sites.\nPlan network requirements, including switches, firewalls, access points, cabling, IP addressing, VLANs, VPN connectivity, and internet connectivity.\nConfigure and install network equipment and bring new sites into production.\nEstablish secure connectivity between new offices and existing infrastructure.\nCoordinate with vendors, ISPs, cabling teams, and internal teams during deployments.\nPerform site readiness checks, testing, troubleshooting, and handover after implementation.\n\nRequirements: \n6+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering, infrastructure, and IT operations.\nStrong hands-on experience with Cisco switches and routers.\nHands-on experience with Fortinet firewalls or other enterprise firewall platforms.\nHands-on experience with Aruba Access Points and wireless infrastructure/controllers.\nStrong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing and switching, DNS and DHCP, NAT, VPN, IPsec, firewall policies, network security, and wireless networking.\nExperience with FortiVPN / IPsec VPN tunnels.\nExperience working with Active Directory and DHCP.\nUnderstanding of SSO and AD-integrated authentication.\nExperience with endpoint and web security solutions.\nAbility to create and understand network topology diagrams.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExperience supporting end users and resolving technical issues.\nExperience managing network infrastructure for offices/sites.\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of infrastructure issues.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nExcellent problem-solving ability.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.\nStrong ownership and accountability.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nCisco certifications such as CCNA/CCNP are a plus.\nFortinet certifications such as FCA/FCF/FCP are a plus.\nExperience with network monitoring and management tools.\nExperience working with multiple office locations and remote connectivity.\nExperience coordinating with ISPs, vendors, and third-party service
