enhance productivity, reduce waste, and minimize defects.\n\nPrepare and maintain production documentation, work instructions, and technical reports.\n\nSupport product design and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) initiatives to improve manufacturability and assembly.\n\nSupervise production technicians and workers, ensuring compliance with operating procedures and safety requirements.\n\nMonitor equipment readiness and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.\n\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in production and mechanical design.\n\nExperience in medical device manufacturing or high-quality engineering industries is preferred.\n\nExperience in sheet metal fabrication and mechanical assembly is an advantage.\n\nExperience in interpreting engineering drawings and working with CAD/CAM and BOM (Bill of Materials).\n\nGood knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes.\n\nGood technical knowledge of plastic injection molding processes and injection mold manufacturing.\n\nGood knowledge of turning techniques and machining methods.\n\nGood technical knowledge of mechanical design principles and fundamentals.\n\nStrong analytical and production problem-solving skills.\n\nHigh attention to detail.\n\nAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.\n\nTechnical reporting
