Basic HR principles\nREQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE\nHR policies; systems; procedures and relevant legislation (including recruitment and performance management)\nSound financial knowledge (e.g. reconciliations; debits and credits; adjustment journals; etc.)\nBusiness to Business Processes\nMedical schemes policies; rules; regulations; and tariff rules and structures\nComputer literate (Microsoft Office)\nRelevant aspects of legislation for the debt collection environment (e.g. National Credit Act;
