Medical aid requirements/narrations\nPatient admin programmes on the AS400 system\nRules and regulations regarding funder contracts\nClinical coding (Level 2 coding)\nB2B EMS (electronic message system: check status of authorisations and use for trouble,shooting)\nComputer literate (Microsoft Office)\nRelevant aspects of applicable statutory acts (e.g. Consumer Protection Act; PMB; etc.)\nPatient Administration policies and procedures (e.g. Patient Confidentiality; Visitation of external case managers; etc.)\nDaily workflow; managing deviances; coding; and case management processes\nIdentify possible financial risks (e.g. no authorisation;
