This role plays a key part in maintaining workflow efficiency by supporting embryologists and laboratory staff with timely documentation, data entry, and communication tasks. The IVF Laboratory Clerk contributes to the smooth operation of the IVF unit, ultimately supporting patient care and compliance with internal and external standards.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS\n1. Patient Record and Documentation Management\n2:Data Entry and Laboratory System Updates\n3. Clerical Support to Laboratory Staff\n4. Coordination and Scheduling Support\n5. Compliance and Confidentiality\nREQUIRED EDUCATION\nESSENTIAL EDUCATION:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; diploma in healthcare administration or medical office management preferred.\n\nDESIRED EDUCATION:\nCertificate in Medical Terminology or Health Information Management.\n\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE\nESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:\n1-2 years of experience in healthcare administrative support or clerical role.\n\nExperience in data entry, file management, and handling confidential medical records.\n\nDESIRED EXPERIENCE:\nPrevious experience in an IVF or laboratory environment is highly desirable.\n\nExperience with patient scheduling and lab record systems is an advantage.\n\nREQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE\nMedical terminology and procedures\nDigital Health Tools (EMR, dashboards)\nDatabase entry and spread sheet management\nDocumentation & Compliance Reporting\nDocumentation management (e.g. hard and electronic filing)\nData protection\nConfidentiality and dealing with sensitive information\nCommunication and Interpersonal Skills\nExcellent administration and coordination skills\nGeneral filing (hard and electronic - including archiving)\nAn understanding of Infection control principles\nAll applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
