The facilitator manages and reports on employee development, including student learning, in a structured manner.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS\nAdvocate of a learning culture\nManage employee development in a planned manner in accordance with the MCSA strategy\nManage formal students\nAct as custodian of learning and development standards of the locality\nEnable transformation through learning and development\nREQUIRED EDUCATION\nESSENTIAL EDUCATION:\nProfessional Nurse qualification, and Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing Education OR 3 years’ experience as a Clinical Facilitator\nDESIRED EDUCATION:\nN/A\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE\nESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:\nAt least 5 years’ experience as a Professional Nurse in a hospital environment.\nAt least 2 years in a Clinical Facilitator or Nurse Educator role.\nDESIRED EXPERIENCE:\nN/A\nREQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE\nAdult Learning Principles applied to the facilitation of learning\nEducation, training and relevant healthcare-related legislation and its application within the learning and development environment;
