You will play a key role in building and maintaining scalable systems, driving technical excellence, and ensuring that our platforms meet the highest standards of security, performance, and reliability.\nThe selected candidate should be willing to relocate to the specified job location.\nDuties and responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise-level backend solutions using modern .NET technologies\nWrite clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards\nParticipate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and contributing to higher-quality deliverables\nContribute to the design and implementation of distributed, event-driven systems leveraging messaging technologies (RabbitMQ, Kafka)\nInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues, working closely with other teams where required\nKeep documentation up-to-date for all technical solutions and processes\nMentor junior developers, providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and support in their professional growth\nParticipate in planning sessions, estimations, and contributing to technical decision-making\nResearch and evaluate new technologies, proposing improvements and adopting tools that align with strategic objectives\nAssist in defining and enforcing development standards, patterns, and practices across the technology department.\nEnsure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security\nCollaborate with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and cloud-native solutions\nDevelop and execute unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure robustness and quality\nBuild and maintain reusable libraries and core components to support scalable application development\nRequired knowledge, skills and experience:\nSolid knowledge of the latest .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core)\nHands-on experience with multi-threading, concurrency, and caching (Redis)\nExperience with message queuing systems such as RabbitMQ and Kafka\nFamiliarity with version control and collaboration tools such as GitLab (Gitflow), Jira, and Confluence\nA university degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field\nIdeally 6+ years of professional backend development experience\nExperience with distributed applications, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs\nSubstantial experience with SQL (Postgres, MS SQL and Oracle);
