The role will deliver HR management information, regulatory reporting, and governance reporting for senior leadership and key committees, including the NRC.\nWorking across the employee lifecycle, the role will identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities through the analysis of data relating to headcount, recruitment, attrition, remuneration, engagement, performance, wellbeing, succession, and workforce planning.\nThe position will also support continuous improvements in HR data quality, reporting automation, and dashboards, using BambooHR, Excel, Power BI, and other business data sources to generate meaningful insights and drive better decision-making.\nThe selected candidate should be willing to relocate to the specified job location.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare regular HR reports and dashboards on headcount, recruitment, attrition, employee movements and other workforce metrics\nAnalyse people data to identify trends, highlight key findings and support business decision-making\nAssist with the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management and governance committees\nSupport workforce planning activities, including vacancy tracking, headcount monitoring and forecasting\nAssist with remuneration, salary benchmarking and pay transparency reporting\nMaintain and improve HR dashboards using Excel, Power BI and HR systems\nPerform data validation checks to ensure HR information is accurate, complete and reliable\nInvestigate data discrepancies and work with stakeholders to maintain high-quality employee records\nIdentify opportunities to automate reporting and improve existing reporting processes\nSupport HR projects and provide ad-hoc analytical support when required\nRequirements & Qualifications\nDegree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Finance, HR, Mathematics or a related field\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nGood Excel skills and confidence working with data\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy\nAbility to present data in a clear and understandable way\nStrong communication and organisational skills\nKnowledge of Power BI or HR systems would be considered an asset\nFluent in written and spoken English, with strong communication and interpersonal
