users.\nProvide coaching and training to colleagues and users as needed.\nUtilise version control systems like Git to manage code changes, collaborate with team members, and maintain project history.\nEngage in code reviews to provide constructive feedback, ensure code quality, and promote best practices within the development team.\nMaintain clear and comprehensive documentation of code and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and nboarding of new team members.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to contribute to team goals and product timelines.\n\nDesired Experience & Qualification\nQualifications/Experience:\nDiploma or degree in a business or IT-related field.\nAt least 8 years of work experience in Java development.\nProven experience in delivering high-quality IT solutions.\nEssential Skills Requirements:\nExtensive experience in Java development, including Java EE and Spring Framework.\nStrong knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.\nExperience with microservices architecture and design patterns.\nExpertise in database technologies, including SQL and PostgreSQL.\nFamiliarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.\nProficiency in version control systems, particularly Git.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.\nStrong understanding of Agile and DevOps principles.\nExperience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS Cloud.\nAny additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.\nAdvantageous Skills Requirements:\nExperience in manual or automated testing.\nExposure to web and digital projects.\nFamiliarity with Agile working methodologies.\nExperience with code quality tools like SonarQube.\nUnderstanding of microservices architecture.\nFamiliarity with integration between different technologies.\nKnowledge of system audits and compliance standards.\nExperience in user training and operational manual preparation.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative
