If you want to make a difference in people's lives, we invite you to join us!\nThe role is designed for an entry-level Assistant Controller supporting the Controller in key accounting and financial processes.\nThe position includes hands-on involvement in monthly closing activities, reconciliations, data preparation, reporting support, and ongoing financial analysis, while gradually building professional knowledge of the company’s business model, accounting workflows, internal controls, and cross-functional interfaces.\nResponsibilities\nSupport monthly closing processes, including preparation of reconciliations, journal entry support, and review of supporting documentation.\nAssist with revenue, cost, and gross margin processes under the guidance of senior finance team members.\nPrepare financial analyses, reports, and data validations to support management review and decision-making.\nSupport inventory, pricing, and partner-related accounting activities, including data collection and accuracy checks.\nMaintain and update working files, reports, price lists, and documentation in accordance with internal processes.\nAssist in communications with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding routine finance and accounting matters.\nSupport audit processes by preparing requested data, schedules, and backup documentation.\nParticipate in ad-hoc finance projects and process improvement initiatives as required.\nRequirements\nRequired education and experience\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting -
