Reporting to the Vice President of Finance and Administration, this role plays a key part in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and the development of financial models and management reporting.\nThe Financial Analyst partners with individuals across the organization to understand business performance, evaluate financial trends, monitor key performance indicators, and translate financial data into meaningful insights. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, financial acumen, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, including gathering assumptions, preparing financial models, consolidating inputs, and analyzing results.\nPrepare monthly budget-to-actual and period-over-period analyses.\nAnalyze revenue, expenses, headcount, operating results, and other key financial and business metrics to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring further review.\nDevelop and maintain financial models, schedules, dashboards, and reports used to support financial planning and business decision-making.\nPartner with department leaders to review financial performance, understand variances, monitor spending, and support departmental planning and forecasting.\nAssist with the preparation and analysis of company-wide key performance indicators and management reporting.\nPerform ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to evaluate business initiatives, investments, operational changes, and other strategic decisions.\nSupport cash flow forecasting and other financial planning activities as needed.\nAssist in tracking sales bookings, renewals and contraction data.\nSupport the Finance and Accounting teams with contract management.\nMonitor financial and operational data for accuracy and consistency and work with appropriate stakeholders to resolve data quality issues.\nIdentify opportunities to improve financial reporting, forecasting, modeling, and analytical processes through increased efficiency, standardization, and automation.\nSupport Finance leadership with presentations, analyses, and other materials for executive leadership and other key stakeholders.\nMaintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive company and financial information.\nPerform other duties and special projects as assigned.\n\nCompetencies Required:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends and insights.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and data integrity.\nStrong business and financial acumen.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.\nAbility to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nSound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.\n2-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, accounting, or a related field.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.\nExperience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.\nWorking knowledge of financial statements and fundamental accounting concepts.\nExperience with financial systems, ERP platforms (Netsuite), planning tools, and/or business intelligence applications.\nExperience in a SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment preferred.\nWhat we provide:\nMerit-based compensation - Competitive base salary plus bonus\nWork from anywhere - Roles are open to candidates located anywhere in the US (United States)\nUnlimited PTO (Paid Time Off), including Paid Holidays and Sick Leave\n401k+ Match\nComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance\nPaid Parental Leave\nHealth and wellness perks including life & disability insurance, healthcare funding options like FSAs (Flexible Spending Accounts) and HSAs (Health Savings Account), Dependent Care, an EAP (Employee Assistance Program) program, discounts, Learning and Development\nWhat we provide:\nMerit-based compensation - Competitive base salary plus bonus\nWork from anywhere - Roles are open to candidates located anywhere in the US (United States)\nUnlimited PTO (Paid Time Off), including Paid Holidays and Sick Leave\n401k+ Match\nComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance\nPaid Parental Leave\nHealth and wellness perks including life & disability insurance, healthcare funding options like FSAs (Flexible Spending Accounts) and HSAs (Health Savings Account), Dependent Care, an EAP (Employee Assistance Program) program, discounts, Learning and Development\nWorking Conditions/Physical Demands:\nThis position is fully remote, with limited travel that may be required for occasional team meetings, training sessions, or business events.
