About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our Operations team. The Operations Associate plays an important role in ensuring the smooth and timely flow of operational activities and information, supporting efficient cargo movements and vessel operations. The role is responsible for monitoring cargo flows, coordinating the timely exchange of operational data and files, and ensuring that all relevant parties are promptly informed of any irregularities or potential disruptions.
Working closely with internal teams, terminals, planners, and MSC Geneva, the Operations Associate contributes to the efficient handling of transshipment cargo, the optimization of connections, and the overall reliability of our operations. This position operates on a shift basis and requires strong attention to detail, effective coordination, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced operational environment.
