We are a small, growing team focused on building structured, scalable learning across an expanding product suite, from Accounts Payable Automation to sourcing, contract management, procurement, payments, and expenses.\nThis role's primary focus is internal enablement: building and delivering the programs that make our delivery, support, and customer success teams productive on Medius products and ready for product and regulatory change. Everyone on the team also contributes to customer and partner enablement, so the work is varied. Priorities across all three audiences are set by the team manager, and this role takes on work wherever it is needed most.\nSuccess looks like new consultants and support staff who are productive sooner, internal teams prepared for change before it reaches customers, and enablement the field trusts and uses.\nThe role works cross-functionally with Professional Services, Support, Customer Success, Product, and subject matter experts across regions.\nThis is a remote role based in Tunis, with occasional days in the office.\nResponsibilities and Duties\nInternal enablement (primary focus)\nDesign and deliver onboarding programs for new delivery, support, and customer success hires, focused on product and technical enablement.\n\nBuild enablement for new product releases and modules so internal teams are ready ahead of customer rollout.\n\nDevelop readiness programs for regulatory change, including e-invoicing mandates, in partnership with product and regional leads.\n\nFacilitate live workshops and virtual sessions for internal audiences alongside self-paced content.\n\nWork with subject matter experts to source, validate, and maintain accurate content as products evolve.\n\nAcross the function\nContribute to customer and partner course production: lesson plans, narration scripts, guided walkthroughs, and knowledge checks.\n\nSupport the design of partner and customer certification programs.\n\nTrack and report on completion and effectiveness, and use the results to improve programs.\n\nMaintain and update existing learning content in the LMS.\n\nQualifications\nExperience designing and delivering training on a software product in a SaaS environment, for internal teams, customers, or partners.\n\nInstructional design fundamentals: observable objectives, scenario-based assessment, and experience with video and interactive formats.\n\nProfessional-level written and spoken English. This role writes course content and job aids in English and facilitates sessions for English-speaking audiences across regions, without translation support.\n\nFacilitation experience with live audiences, in person or virtual.\n\nExperience working with subject matter experts to source and validate technical content.\n\nComfortable adopting and evaluating authoring, video, and AI-assisted content tools.\n\nLMS experience required; WorkRamp a plus.\n\nOrganizational skills to run multiple programs and deadlines in parallel.\n\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\n\nPreferred\nExperience enabling internal delivery, support, or customer success teams.\n\nExposure to finance, accounting, accounts payable, or source-to-pay processes.\n\nMedius is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.\nActual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, internal equity, and the geographic location in which the role is performed.
