You will work directly with AP and finance teams to configure Medius solutions, run workshops, and ensure customers go live with confidence.\nThis is a hands-on delivery role. You will own functional workstreams within implementation projects, from solution design and configuration through testing, training, and go-live support, working closely with Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and the customer's own project team.\nResponsibilities and Duties\nConfigure Medius solutions based on customer requirements and implementation best practices.\n\nFacilitate workshops and deliver training sessions, on-site or remote.\n\nAnalyze customers' existing AP and spend management processes and identify improvement opportunities.\n\nSupport customers through UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases.\n\nProduce and maintain solution documentation including specifications and change requests.\n\nCollaborate with Project Managers and Technical Consultants throughout the delivery lifecycle.\n\nProvide regular updates to project stakeholders.\n\nQualifications\nRequired\nHave 2+ years of experience in IT system implementations, ideally in cloud-based or SaaS environments.\n\nUnderstand AP, finance, or spend management processes.\n\nCommunicate strongly and work comfortably with both end users and project stakeholders.\n\nAre organized and able to manage tasks across multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nBring a solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.\n\nPreferred\nExperience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics (AX/F&O, NAV/BC), Oracle NetSuite, or Infor M3.\n\nBackground in Spend Management, Accounts Payable, or Purchase-to-Pay processes.\n\nPrior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.\n\nMedius is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. \nThe estimated base salary range for this role is $110,000k USD $120,000k USD, which represents a good-faith estimate of the compensation for this position. \nActual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, internal equity, and the geographic location in which the role is performed. Compensation may vary for roles performed in different locations due to differences in the cost of labor. \nThe total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for variable compensation (such as a performance bonus or commission), benefits, and/or participation in other incentive or benefit plans, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
