The finance team plays a central role within the organization, acting as a key service unit that supports all business functions. We focus on building efficient processes with a strong emphasis on reconciliation, accuracy, and control.\nIn this role, you will manage accounting responsibilities for assigned legal entities while also contributing to group-level financial activities.\nResponsibilities and Duties\nManaging day-to-day bookkeeping activities\n\nHandling VAT reporting and reconciliations\n\nPreparing monthly and annual financial statements\n\nPerforming monthly reporting, including balance sheet reconciliations\n\nManaging payments and supporting liquidity forecasting\n\nConducting financial analysis and ensuring data quality and accuracy\n\nQualifications\nRelevant academic background with at least 7 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting\n\nAbility to work effectively under tight deadlines\n\nExperience with IFRS is an advantage\n\nProficiency in NetSuite (ERP system) and Microsoft Power BI (analysis tool)\n\nFluency in English and French, both written and spoken (supporting the French entity)\n\nComfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with continuous change\n\nStrong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative company culture\n\nMedius is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.\nActual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, internal equity, and the geographic location in which the role is performed.
