You will play a key role in implementing our spend management suite by deploying and configuring integrations with customer ERPs and guiding clients on best-practice usage of APIs and system integrations.\nResponsibilities and Duties\nAct as the technical expert within the Professional Services delivery team, working closely with Project Managers and Functional Consultants.\n\nDeploy and configure Medius standard integrations with customer ERP systems.\n\nGuide and support customers in the use of Medius REST APIs and system-to-system integrations.\n\nConfigure Medius SaaS applications and support best-practice configuration.\n\nImplement Data Capture solutions and EDI invoice imports.\n\nProvide documented setup and configuration for handover to the support team.\n\nCollaborate with technical peers across Professional Services, Cloud Operations, and R&D teams.\n\nQualifications:\nStrong understanding of cloud-based software integrations and APIs.\n\nPrevious experience in IT system implementations, preferably cloud-based/SaaS environments.\n\nStructured working approach with strong communication skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple parallel tasks with quality and control.\n\nStrong command of the English language, both written and spoken.\n\nAbility to work evening shifts/North America time zones. This work schedule has an increased premium of 20% while on this particular shift. \n\nPreferred:\nExperience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics (AX / F&O, NAV / Business Central), or Infor M3.\n\nSolid knowledge of REST APIs.\n\nExperience with Power BI and other reporting tools.\n\nBackground in Spend Management or Source-to-Pay / Purchase-to-Pay solutions.\n\nBachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.\n\nLocation and Working Conditions\nThis position is full-time and based in Tunis, Tunisia and on a hybrid model (2 days from Office + 3 days from Home).
