You will play a key role in implementing our spend management suite by deploying and configuring integrations with customer ERPs and guiding clients on best-practice usage of APIs and system integrations. The role involves some customer facing elements where necessary and will also encompass ancillary technical tasks including production of technical documentation, connections to client security controls including Entra ID, and ad-hoc requests for data exports and imports via internal applications & tools.\nResponsibilities and Duties\nAct as the technical expert within the Professional Services delivery team, working closely with Project Managers and Functional Consultants.\n\nDeploy and configure Medius standard integrations with customer ERP systems.\n\nGuide and support customers in the use of Medius REST APIs and system-to-system integrations.\n\nSupport internal and customer integration testing\n\nConfigure Medius SaaS applications and support best-practice configuration around integration and data handling.\n\nImplement integration EDI connections to e-invoicing solutions using standard APIs\n\nProvide documented setup and configuration for handover to the support team.\n\nCollaborate with technical peers across Professional Services, Cloud Operations, and R&D teams.\n\nPrepare technical specifications and mapping documents with customers IT & finance teams\n\nQualifications\nStrong understanding of cloud-based software integrations and REST APIs.\n\nPrevious experience in IT system implementations, preferably cloud-based/SaaS environments.\n\nKnowledge of financial or other accounting based systems.\n\nStructured working approach\n\nStrong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nAbility to manage multiple parallel tasks with quality and control.\n\nPreferred\nExperience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics (AX / F&O, NAV / Business Central), or Infor M3.\n\nExperience working in Professional Services or consulting environments.\n\nExperience with Power BI and other reporting tools.\n\nBackground in Spend Management or Source-to-Pay / Purchase-to-Pay solutions.\n\nBachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.\n\nMedius is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.\nActual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, internal equity, and the geographic location in which the role is performed.
