Analyze operating financials, interpret results and recommend a plan of action to improve the accounting process.\nPerform Account Reconciliations designed to provide a Strong Control on the Balance Sheet.\nServe as backup for key individual(s) in the Corporate Accounting Department.\nMINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.\nCertification / Licensure:\nNone\nWork Experience:\nNone\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nExperience applying GAAP knowledge.\nPREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nEducation:\nNone\nCertification / Licensure:\nCPA, CGMA, CMA.\nWork Experience:\nAdvanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table).\nAble to work with large amounts of data.\nStrong expertise in at least one area of GAAP.\nSAP, AS400, and QAD system experience.\nRDMS (Access, FoxPro, etc.) experience.\nInternational Finance Reporting Standards (IFRS) experience.\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nNone\nAbout Medline India:\nMedline India was setup in 2010 in Pune, primarily as an offshore Development centre and to augment resources for Medline Industries LP headquartered in Chicago, USA.
