This team sells exam gloves, durable medical equipment, incontinence products, OR kits, plastics, skin care products, textiles, bathing systems, gauze, packs and gowns, protective apparel, surgical trays, advanced wound care, surgeons’ gloves and other things used in hospitals. \nMaking sales presentations to multiple decision-makers leading to product and program sales\nEstablishing and nurturing client relationships by developing strong relationships with key decision makers\nPresenting/selling new products and maintaining existing business\nTeam building among peers to ensure a collaboration across the continuum of care\nLeadership skills and ability to “close the deal”\nPreparing bids and price quotes\nOccasional cold calling with intent to develop new markets\nRequired Experience:\nBachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience OR at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience\nTrack record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment\nAbility to present multiple product lines\nExcellent communication and organizational skills\nComputer proficiency especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook\nDue to the nature of an outside sales representative position, the ability to drive a car, travel in that car 90% of each day, and interact with healthcare providers on site is required.\nMedline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization. The anticipated compensation for this position includes a base salary of $75,000 with additional commission ranging between 0-4% net sales growth, to get to a $125,000 first year guarantee (base plus commissions). This role is bonus eligible.
