Escalate issues to next level as necessary.\nEvaluate and recommend improvements to branch processes (including workflow, repack, item changes, etc.) in order to meet the needs of the customer. Develop materials to ensure proper adherence to effective workflow at the branch level including training documents, tools and guides.\nCreate, monitor and follow up on inventory movements and transfer work orders to make sure they are received.\nManage branch inventory synchronization (ZINV) for assigned branches.
