Job Summary
Manage and coordinate contracted and non-contracted pricing for Medline customers regarding branded products.Communicate with various parties on all aspects concerning pricing. Manage price change expectations related to contracts and non-contracted pricing.
Cultivate the day- to-day relationships with customers. Act as a liaison between vendors and sales reps (DSMs, PVAs, etc) to communicate and correct pricing misalignments, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Description:
Oversee and coordinate both contracted and non-contracted pricing for Medline customers, specifically fordistributedproducts. This role involves comprehensive communication regarding all pricing aspects. It also includes managing expectations around price changes related to contracts or non-contracted pricing. This position also requires maintaining daily customer relationships. Acting as a bridge between vendors and sales representatives (such as DSMs, PVAs, etc.) and addressing pricingexpectationsto ensure customer satisfaction.
KeyResponsibilities:
Managecustomerpricing requests from initiation through completion.Analyze,research and resolve pricingissuessubmitted by customers, DedicatedService Managers (DSM)andsalesrepresentatives.
Confirm pricing eligibility with appropriateVendors, update the system and communicate relevantinformationto therequestors.
Coordinate with Medline sales reps, vendors and internal teamssuch as Vendor Contracts, Vendor Price Listing,and VendorOperationsfor pricing requests, discrepancies or questions.
Perform weekly Price Change Notifications (PCN) audits to ensure accuracy and communicate changes to customers.
Analyze pricing requests by various methods such asverification of Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) rosters, Vendor Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) files and Pricing Portals. This involves diligent cross-checking to ensure data accuracy.
Processing of pricing request requires understanding ofmarkup approval hierarchy, contract ranking and pricing hierarchy as per customer types.
Handling price match file for pharma items whichincludesresearch and analysis ofcompetitor pricingalong withmarket trends to increase profitability and to attractthe customers.
Able to understand and utilize different pricing tools, applicationssuchas SAP Vistex, Smart Quote, Dart, Zendesketc.
To ensurepromptemail turnaroundis maintained through the inboxesaccording to task priority.
Able to handleand process largeamountof data in excel efficiently and accurately
Perform additional tasks as necessary to support theday to dayresponsibilities of the Pricing Department
Must Have
A graduate degree.
Proficiency in basic Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, cell formatting, and data filtering.
Ability to process information accurately, assess priorities, and draw clear, concise conclusions.
Strong time management skills, including the ability to prioritize, organize, track details, and meet deadlines.
Experience delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring service standards and customer satisfaction.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external resources to achieve departmental goals within established timelines.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Flexibility to handle high volumes of requests during peak periods.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Highly detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
A proactive team player who is self-motivated and hardworking.
Good to Have
MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
Educational background or knowledge in pharmaceutical sciences (B. Pharm or M. Pharm).
Prior experience in contracting and pricing, with familiarityinSAP Vistex and Zendesk preferred.
Working Hours:
10.30 am to 7.30 pm - daylight saving
11.30 am to 8.30 pm - non daylight saving
