Manage price change expectations related to contracts and non-contracted pricing.\nCultivate the day- to-day relationships with customers. Act as a liaison between vendors and sales reps (DSMs, PVAs, etc) to communicate and correct pricing misalignments, and ensure customer satisfaction.\nJob Description\nMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:\nCollaborate with internal teams and the vendor community to manage customer distributed contracts and ensure pricing accuracy.\nResearch issues, address inquiries, and provide necessary support resulting from contract operations. Manage pricing requests from initiation through completion and communicate results accordingly.\nAnalyze, interpret, and determine best course of action to resolve issues related to pricing. Confirm pricing eligibility with appropriate parties. Communicate relevant updates and trend observation to both external and internal business partners.\nMaintain SAP, Zendesk and other systems to provide visibility to requests and adhere to establish procedures in regards to documented back up for contract connections.\nDocument and review key processes and SOP’s with an eye towards improvement.\nCreate, maintain, and develop relationships with customers, sales teams, and vendor community.\nCoordinate meetings between sales and customers to ensure customer expectations are being met and timely action is taken to address pricing issues. Engage the vendor community when required.\nPerform weekly Price Change Notifications (PCN) audits to ensure accuracy and communicate changes to customers.\nMINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nEducation:\nBachelor’s Degree.\nCertification / Licensure:\nNone required\nWork Experience:\nAt least 1 year of experience providing customer service to internal and/or external customers.\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nIntermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).\nExperience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.\nExperience working through details of a problem, overcoming obstacles, and reaching a positive and successful solution\nExperience presenting to and communicating with various audiences\nExperience collaborating with internal resources and external resources.\nPREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nEducation:\nNone\nCertification / Licensure:\nNone\nWork Experience:\nCustomer service experience in a high call volume environment.\nSAP, Vistex, Zendesk and/or AS400 experience.\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nNone\nAbout Medline India:\nMedline India was setup in 2010 in Pune, primarily as an offshore Development centre and to augment resources for Medline Industries LP headquartered in Chicago, USA.
