Work independently on basic and moderate level RF projects including basic design and troubleshooting.\nDesign, develop, and support compelling, high quality Android applications on Zebra RF handheld devices.\nProvide RF handheld device and OS support to help resolve end-user device issues\nAdminister RF handheld devices in Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform.\nSupport end users by resolving trouble tickets logged in the call tracking system by Help Desk personnel.\nAssist in technical design, implementation, testing, and delivery of branch related RF handheld items.\nProvide technical phone and on-site RF handheld support to an end-user community.\nMINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree IT related field. \nCertification / Licensure:\nNone required.\nWork Experience:\nAt least 1 year of RF troubleshooting and configuration experience.\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nA general understanding of configuring and maintaining an MDM platform.\nDemonstrate an adequate level of proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Zebra rugged handheld devices which include, but are not limited to the Android TC51, TC56, and TC57\nA general understanding of Bluetooth technologies.\nA general understanding of rugged handheld terminal emulation software\nA general understanding of voice picking and voice directed applications.\nA general understanding of warehouse management systems and workflows.\nUp to 10% overnight travel may be required.\nPREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nEducation:\nNone\nCertification / Licensure:\nNone\nWork Experience:\nNone\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nNone\nClick here to learn more about a career in IT at Medline!\nMedline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.\nThe anticipated salary range for this position:\n$73,000.00 - $110,000.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
