It’s a great opportunity to build your engineering experience while making a meaningful impact.Under limited supervision, analyze existing processes, develop solutions, and implement new processes to improve efficiencies and labor savings.\nManage multiple projects with medium to large scope.\nJob Description\nMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAnalyze, review, and recommend technological solutions and innovative techniques to reduce Medline’s expenses and improve cost structure while maintaining or improving quality.\nLead multiple medium scale projects from concept to realization involving individuals from multiple departments and disciplines.\nDevelop basic to medium sized project plans. These plans will include action steps, schedules, etc. to enhance ability to deliver quality projects on-time and within budget.\nDevelop and write functional requirements, test plans, and work with production issues.\nConduct training, when appropriate, on quality assurance and/or engineering concepts and tools, including but not limited to inspection, measurement and test methods.\nUtilize warehouse management and labor management systems.\nMINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.\nCertification / Licensure:\nNone\nWork Experience:\nAt least 2 years engineering experience.\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nTechnical writing, research paper writing, and/or experimental design experience.\nERP systems knowledge and experience.\nIntermediate skill level in computer and systems use (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).\nPREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nEducation:\nNone\nCertification / Licensure:\nNone\nWork Experience:\nNone\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nNone\nMedline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.\nThe anticipated salary range for this position:\n$85,000.00 - $128,000.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.\nOur benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
