The ideal candidate is also able to occasionally travel outside of the province.\nJob Description\nThis Clinical Solutions Specialist provides education and support to Health Care Professionals on Incontinence Products sold at Medline but also to be knowledgeable on the safe and effective use of the Medline Skin Care products.\nResponsibilities:\nWork alongside the LTC Clinical and Sales Team, to increase and support account growth and implement new corporate and individual LTC homes to the Skin Health & Continence Program.\n\nDemonstrate strong organizational skills to ensure evaluations and implementations are completed successfully.\n\nComplete account updates on a weekly basis utilizing designed spread sheets.\n\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge on Best Practice Recommendations as it pertains to Incontinence, Skin and Wound Care.\n\nWork with the LTC team to enhance account implementation and sustainability.\n\nSupport the healthcare facilities policy and practices at all times.\n\nAttend conferences and sales meetings when required for learning purposes.\n\nComplete other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications:\nRN | RPN Current Registration\n\nPSW | HCA | CCA with LTC experience\n\nMinimum of 5 years of related work experience, working with an interdisciplinary clinical team in an Acute Care, LTC or Home Care setting.\n\nMinimum of 3 years’ industry experience in Medical Devices, specifically Continence and Skin Care.\n\nExcellent interpersonal skills & client service skills (verbal and written).\n\nStrong commitment to excellence and attention to detail.\n\nProven problem solver with solid analytical skills.\n\nExceptional time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.\n\nDemonstrates a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times.\n\nAbility to develop effective working relationships with staff, peers, and industry colleagues/contacts in a team environment.\n\nDemonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions.\n\nStrong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.\n\nAmbitious and self-motivated.\n\nAble to work independently with very minimal supervision.\n\nConfident in developing and providing education based on adult learning principles.\n\nGood computer skills (Excel/MS Word/PowerPoint) required.\n\nAble to re-organize the days to accommodate needs for LTC homes.\n\nShift work will be required.\n\nDriver’s license required.\n\nAbility to travel overnight when required.\n\nMust be able to occasionally travel to other provinces or other regions within Ontario as required to meet the needs of the business\n\nThe anticipated salary range for this position:\n$38.85 - $58.27 HourlyThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
