Key responsibilities include coding, code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions using modern technologies like ReactJS, Node.js, java, microservices, QA automation, Devops and cloud platforms.\nResponsibilities:\nPartner with business analysts / product owners and delivery teams to enable successful sprint outcomes and incremental delivery of business value.\nFoster a full stack engineering culture, encouraging adoption of T-shaped skills and cross-functional growth within the team.\nCollaborate effectively in a global team setup, working with product stakeholders and business partners to design, build, and support scalable applications.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and high-performance code, ensuring best practices in coding standards, testing, and documentation.\nProactively drive root-cause analysis and resolution of production issues, with a focus on long-term improvements and system reliability.\nContinuously identify and implement performance optimizations at application, infrastructure, and database levels.\nContribute to technical decision-making, design reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions across teams.\nIntegrate & fine-tune AI/LLM models (OpenAI, Azure AI, etc.)\nCollaborate with AI/ML teams & ship production-ready solutions\nRequired Skills:\nOverall 3+ years of professional experience in backend and/or frontend software development.\nMinimum 3+ years of full stack development experience building scalable web applications.\nStrong skills in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs for back-end development.\nStrong expertise in ReactJS, Next.js, and TypeScript for front-end development.\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and container orchestration using Kubernetes / Docker.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing practices, and DevOps integration.\nSolid understanding of infrastructure and application security in designing and operating large-scale multi-tenant systems.\nExperience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, along with caching and performance optimization techniques.\nStrong grasp of software architecture principles, design patterns, and API design.\nExposure to diverse development methodologies, including agile and waterfall, with a preference for agile practices.\nNice to Have\nModule Federation / Microfrontends\nAI-driven UI/UX patterns\nAble to use AI tools/models like copilot/claude/factoryai/etc.\nSoft Skills & Attributes:\nA “roll up the sleeves” attitude with a learner’s mindset for experimenting and adopting new technologies.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, peers, and senior management.\nAbility to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.\nStrong problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box.\nTeam-oriented with great interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.\nEducational Qualification:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience\nClick here to learn more about a career in IT at Medline!\nOur benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
