The candidate should be comfortable communicating with both technical teams and executive leadership while driving measurable reductions in organizational cyber risk.Job Description\nKey Responsibilities:\nVulnerability & Attack Surface Management:\nGovern the end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle including identification, assessment, prioritization, remediation tracking, validation, and closure.\nPerform vulnerability analysis using industry-standard tools.\nConduct risk-based prioritization using CVSS scores, exploitability data, business impact, threat intelligence, and asset criticality.\nTrack remediation activities and ensure adherence to established remediation SLAs.\nStay informed on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.\nAutomation:\nDevelop and maintain automated security workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual efforts.\nUtilize SOAR platforms, existing tool capabilities, and integrations to streamline security operations.\nRisk & Exposure Management:\nEvaluate newly disclosed vulnerabilities, zero-day threats, and critical security advisories.\nAssess business risk associated with vulnerabilities and provide remediation recommendations.\nDrive reduction of organizational attack surface and cyber exposure.\nManage vulnerability exception and risk acceptance processes.\nSupport incident response investigations involving exploited vulnerabilities.\nReporting & Governance:\nDevelop executive-level dashboards and vulnerability metrics.\nPrepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting risk posture, remediation trends, and SLA compliance.\nPresent vulnerability-related findings to technical leadership and business stakeholders.\nMaintain vulnerability management policies, standards, procedures, and operational runbooks.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\n5+ years of experience in Vulnerability Management, Security Operations, or Cybersecurity.\nStrong understanding of vulnerability assessment methodologies and remediation processes.\nWorking knowledge of scripting and API integration technologies such as PowerShell, Python, JSON, or XML.\nExperience with security platforms and tools including SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, NDR, and vulnerability management solutions.\nExperience working with any of the vulnerability management solution i.e.,\nQualys VMDR, Tenable Nessus, Rapid7 InsightVM, CrowdStrike Exposure Management.
