This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing system controls that drive warehouse functionality, analyzing current processes to identify bottlenecks, and implementing strategic improvements to boost distribution center performance and streamline workflows.Job Description\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nStrategically manage and continuously enhance the warehouse management system to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and alignment with evolving operational needs.\nConfigure and optimize warehouse management system settings to support new operational processes, state of the art warehouse automation projects, and successful customer onboarding.\nDesign, implement, and update SOPs to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational excellence across distribution centers.\nLeverage data analysis and on-site observations to uncover process inefficiencies, diagnose root causes, and implement targeted solutions that enhance distribution center performance.\nCollaborate with branch leadership to drive initiatives that enhance key performance indicators in safety, quality, service, cost and people metrics.\nSpearhead cross-functional process improvement initiatives that directly support Medline’s strategic objectives at local branch along with network wide initiatives.\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in a related Engineering discipline\nRelevant Work Experience\nAt least 3 years of experience in a related role\nExperience with equipment troubleshooting and problem-solving.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nCertification / Licensure\nLean Training, Six Sigma Training, Tableau or other statistical analysis packages\nMedline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.\nThe anticipated salary range for this position:\n$85,000.00 - $128,000.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.\nOur benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
