This individual communicates HR services, initiatives and programs to other department staff and employees at large. In addition, the Coordinator ensures the organization's current HR requirements are met and the HR strategy is implemented effectively.\nJob Description\nMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES\nProvide administrative support to the HR department.\n\nDevelop and maintain HR reporting (headcount report, training records, disciplinary tracking and performance evaluations).\n\nAssist in delivery of various human resources programs and procedures for the company and employees.\n\nParticipate in recruitment efforts for exempt and nonexempt personnel by helping to schedule interviews, drug screens, background checks, and eVerify.\n\nAssist with employee training by setting up and maintaining employee records/database/tracking.\n\nContribute to maintaining a compliant work force through I-9 audits, compliance tracking, and updating federal and state required notices on bulletin boards\n\nProvide timely follow up on employee's leaves of absence and worker’s compensation. Secure return to work documentation.\n\nMaintain employee paperwork and personnel files.\n\nMINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS\nEducation\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities\nIntermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).\n\nIntermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).\n\nPREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree.\n\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities\nPrevious Human Resources experience.\n\nMedline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.\nThe anticipated salary range for this position:\n$23.25 - $33.75 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
