Course correct where applicable.\nReviews Material Movement Exception Report and Goods Over Receipt Report daily and reconciles discrepancies as needed. Performs adjustments in AS400 or SAP to correct financial errors.\nManages the AS400 locations using to review discrepancies from 710 and 110 like NT, etc.\nResearch problem tickets and resolve as necessary. Monitor completeness and accuracy of inventory transactions.\nHandle and investigate transaction errors from Putaway, cross dock, parcel, picking or other area and solve them as soon as possible.\nEffectively communicate with warehouse team members operations management, A/P, product divisions, inventory management, item master data, customer service, and internal audit to resolve discrepancies\nOperate MHE (Material Handling Equipment) as necessary.\nMaintain the NT location and ABC Metric within target\n\nMINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nEducation:\nNone\nCertification / Licensure:\nNone\nWork Experience:\n1-2 years lead experience preferred.\n2+ yrs inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center or similar facility\nHigh sense of urgency with a passion for quality customer service.\nPrevious experience with SAP & Catalyst, or equivalent enterprise and warehouse management systems required\nMust be proficient with Microsoft Office\nMust be team player with exceptional organizational and communication skills\nAbility to provide direction, implement changes and adapt to changing business environment\nExcellent analytical and problem solving skills\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nNone\nPREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nEducation:\nAssociate Degree preferred.\nCertification / Licensure:\nNone\nWork Experience:\nNone\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nNone\nMedline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.\nThe anticipated salary range for this position:\n$25.00 - $36.25 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
