Branch subject matter expert on all inventory functions and transactions\nManages completion of Daily Material Movement Exception Report and Goods Over Receipt Report daily and reports disposition to branch and loss prevention leadership.\nManages completion of all assigned error queues including ZPOGI, Z272, IQS9, and others as assigned.\nReport on problem tickets trends and issues.\nReport on overall service failures and customer complaints, also known as OSI’s and trending on these issues.\nAssign errors to warehouse team members as needed for non-compliance with Operations SOPs.\nReport on audits of receiving functions including putaways, delivery receipts, and problem tickets. Review trends and issues with leadership.\nEffectively communicate with warehouse leadership and peers in operations, A/P, product divisions, inventory management, item master data, and customer service.\nOperate MHE as necessary\nOther duties as assigned\nMINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nCertification / Licensure:\nNone\nWork Experience:\nRelevant experience as a Senior Inventory Control Coordinator displaying a broad and deep understanding of inventory issues and concerns in a warehouse/distribution center or similar facility. Prior experience with SAP inventory transactions and expertise with enterprise/warehouse management systems.\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nIntermediate skill level in SAP.\nProficient skill in Microsoft Office\nIntermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).\nAbility to take direction, implement changes and adapt to changing business environment.\nAnalytical and problem solving skills\nPREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nEducation:\nAssociate degree preferred\nCertification / Licensure:\nNone\nWork Experience:\nNone\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nNone\nMedline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.\nThe anticipated salary range for this position:\n$67,000.00 - $101,000.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
