Perform adjustments to correct financial errors. Record and report information via correct documentation.\nManage all assigned error queues using various systems\nResearch problem tickets and resolve as necessary\nInvestigate service failures and customer complaints. Create RGA’s and perform adjustments in Catalyst and/or SAP to correct inventory.\nAssign errors to warehouse team members as needed for non-compliance with SOPs\nConduct audits of receiving functions including put-aways, delivery receipts, and problem tickets. Assign errors for SOP compliance errors in these functions.\nEffectively communicate with various levels and teams within the company to resolve discrepancies.\nMINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nEducation:\nHigh school diploma\nCertification / Licensure:\nNone\nWork Experience:\n2 years inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center or similar facility.
