Working closely with senior business leaders, Sales Leadership, HR Business Partners, and functional leaders, you will help shape the capabilities required to support Medline's future growth.\nFrom leadership development and succession readiness to commercial excellence and digital learning innovation, you will influence our employees grow, develop, and succeed.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead the EMEA Learning & Development agenda by combining strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and a passion for capability building.\nKey responsibilities include:\nDevelop and implement a multi-year EMEA Learning & Development strategy aligned with business priorities and growth objectives. \nPartner with leaders to identify critical capability gaps and develop targeted learning solutions. \nDesign and implement leadership development programs for managers, senior leaders, and future leaders. \nBuild leadership capabilities in areas such as coaching, communication, change leadership, strategic thinking, and talent development. \nPartner with Sales and Marketing leadership to strengthen commercial excellence and sales effectiveness across the region. \nDevelop structured learning programs covering onboarding, customer engagement, account management, strategic selling, negotiation, and commercial leadership. \nSupport succession planning and talent development initiatives by building leadership pipelines for critical roles. \nDevelop capability frameworks and learning pathways that support employee growth and career development. \nDrive a culture of continuous learning through modern learning technologies and digital learning solutions. \nEstablish governance, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure learning effectiveness and business impact. \nManage external learning providers and build strong partnerships across HR and business functions. \nContinuously improve learning offerings using data, analytics, and employee feedback \nWho You Are\nYou are a strategic Learning & Development professional who understands how capability building drives business results.\nYou bring:\n8-10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development. \nExperience designing and delivering regional or multinational learning strategies. \nStrong expertise in leadership development, talent development, and organizational capability building. \nExperience supporting commercial, sales-driven, or customer-facing organizations. \nProven success in developing sales capability and commercial excellence programs. \nStrong project management and change management skills. \nExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders. \nA data-driven approach to measuring learning effectiveness and driving continuous improvement. \nExperience with modern learning technologies such as Workday Learning, LinkedIn Learning, or similar platforms. \nStrong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills. \nExperience working across multiple countries within EMEA. \nThe ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced, and matrixed international environment \nLocation: Utrecht, Netherlands (hybrid, 2 days in office)\nApply now!\nInterested in helping shape the future capabilities of Medline across EMEA?\nApply now by submitting your information.
