Our Hartland team is seeking gritty problem solvers who take ownership of their work, support their teammates, continuously look for better ways to operate, and demonstrate the flexibility and determination needed to succeed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nJob Description\nCheck out what it's like to work at Medline in Hartland, WI by clicking HERE to see our video!\nMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:\nMachine Operation and Maintenance:\nOperate and monitor machinery to detect and report malfunctions\nPerform machine setup, cleanup, and minor maintenance; adjust machine parameters as needed\nOperate all production floor equipment per company policies.\nPerform equipment setup, startup, shutdown, changeovers, and cleaning.\nDocument machine attributes and parameters; respond to machinery breakdowns\nWork with maintenance/engineering to ensure equipment functionality; participate in root cause analysis.\nTeam Coordination and Training:\nAssist in organizing staff and workload; direct team workflow to meet quality standards.\nLead, coach, and train operators; ensure proper transfer of technical information.\nQuality Control:\nPrepare and inspect products for quality and accuracy.\nOptimize throughput while maintaining GMP standards\nSafety and Cleanliness:\nFollow safety protocols and help identify and correct hazards.\nMaintain a clean and orderly work area.\nPerform regular cleaning of equipment and production areas.\nAdditional Responsibilities:\nComplete all paperwork and reports accurately and on time.\nOperate automated boxing lines and handle materials\nServe as backup for other positions and assist with additional projects as assigned.\nMINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nEducation:\nHigh school graduate or GED\nCertification / Licensure:\nNone\nWork Experience:\nAt least 3 years of work experience within a high volume manufacturing environment in lieu\n3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.\nExperience providing direction to a production line in a manufacturing environment\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nAbility to read and understand charts, indicators, control instructions, and operator checklists\nProficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.\nBasic math skills, including fractional and decimal equations\nPhysical capability to stand for an entire shift and perform tasks involving lifting, reaching, squatting, pushing, and pulling.\nAbility to lift objects up to 50 lbs.\nWillingness to work in both warm and cold environments.\nMust be able to operate a pallet jack.\nPREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nEducation:\nAssociate's degree or equivalent from two-year college/technical school.\nCertification / Licensure:\nNone\nWork Experience:\nNone\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nNone\nMedline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.\nThe anticipated salary range for this position:\n$21.25 - $30.75 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
