This role serves as the central coordination point for complex stainability programs, including product file updates, quality management processes, post market management, audit readiness, manufacturing enhancements and other strategic compliance projects. The Manager provides leadership, governance, and project management expertise to ensure successful execution of high-priority business and compliance objectives.Job Description\nMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:\nLead, mentor and develop a team of project managers to ensure that deadlines and project goals are met.\nContribute to resource planning based on evolving organizational needs.\nCollaborate with divisional personnel, quality, regulatory, legal, and manufacturers to develop timelines, identify necessary resources, and establish clear lines of communication to ensure successful execution.\nMonitor progress of compliance initiatives and proactively identify risks that could impact timelines, deliverables, or regulatory commitments.\nLead escalation and issue resolution processes with senior leadership and project sponsors.\nFacilitate alignment across total compliance initiatives to ensure holistic integration of corrective actionsand communication\nManagement responsibilities include:\nDay-to-day operations of a group of employees.\nMay have limited budgetary responsibility and usually contributesto budgetary impact.\nInterpret and execute policies for departments/projects and develops.\nRecommend and implement new policies or modifications to existing policies. Provide general guidelines and parameters for staff functioning.\nHiring staff, recommending pay increases, performing performance reviews, training and development of staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degreein Chemistry, Biology or related science field.\nWork Experience:\nAt least 4 years of experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical related field.\nExperience in the indirect management of team members, including assisting in the development, training and assignment of work/projects to other members of a team.\nExperience assessing and initiating actions independently.\nExperience taking charge of a situation, team or project.\nExperience processing all relevant details, understanding and prioritizing their importance and drawing clear and concise conclusions.\nExperience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.\nPREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nPMP Certification\nExperience supportingpost market activities\nAt least5 years of R&D experience in the healthcare industry.\nExperience supervising and leading cross-functional teams.\nExperience controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines.\nMedline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.\nThe anticipated salary range for this position:\n$134,000.00 - $201,000.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
