Working closely with stakeholders from operations, business, and technology, you will drive successful project delivery, manage organizational change, and contribute to operational excellence throughout the organization.\nLocation: Germany (Kleve)\nThe opportunity\nWe are looking for an experienced Program Manager Operations (m/f/d) to lead strategic initiatives that support the growth and optimization of Medline’s European warehousing and service network. In this role, you will manage complex, cross-functional programs from concept through implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with business objectives.\nAs a key liaison between operational and technical teams, you will drive change management initiatives, maintain business continuity throughout project execution, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our European operations network.
