You will contribute to the achievement of project management goals and proactively support the development of sustainable operational excellence initiatives.\nThe Operations department combines several functions, including Warehousing, Transportation, Operational Excellence, and Business Intelligence. As part of the Operations Programs & Partnerships team, you will report directly to the Director of OPS Programs & Partnerships Europe and work closely with operational and functional teams across Medline.\nThis position is based at our Kleve manufacturing and operations facility in Germany.\nWhat you'll do\nLead strategic Operations projects\nSupport, lead, and manage projects that contribute to the development of Medline's warehousing and service landscape across Europe.\nPlan, coordinate, and manage multiple process improvement projects varying in scale and complexity, involving colleagues from different departments and disciplines.\nTake ownership of project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, progress monitoring, governance, stakeholder communication, and project documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards.\nAct as a project management expert within the Operations organization.\nPartner with Medline's PMO team to manage projects according to established PMO standards and guidelines.\nSupport cross-functional projects\nServe as the primary Operations contact for projects led by other departments to ensure effective collaboration.\nAlign and deliver milestones according to agreed project plans.\nDrive projects toward successful completion while meeting timelines and agreed deliverables.\nFoster strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional cooperation throughout project execution.\nWhat you'll bring\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience.\nProven track record in project environments with increasing responsibility for project activities and deliverables.\nPractical experience within Operations, Warehousing, or Transportation.\nStrong understanding of operational processes within Warehousing and/or Transportation.\nExperience working with business systems such as ERP, QAD, WMS, or TMS platforms.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to motivate others, build commitment, and work effectively within cross-functional teams.\nStrong analytical thinking and attention to detail.\nConfidence in communicating and collaborating with senior management as well as stakeholders across all organizational levels.\nStrong prioritization and organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently, rigorously, and in a structured manner.\nFluent English language skills;
