The Senior Analyst will work with the business, functional, and technical teams to define, document, design, implement and support SAP ECC & Vistex based solutions that meet business objectives.\nLocation: Pune\nRequired skills:\n6-12 years of experience in SAP SD Pricing area including all ECC versions and S4 HANA.\nShould have thorough understanding of all the components in Order to Cash processes\nExpertise in SAP Pricing configuration and enhancement of complex pricing scenarios.\nStrong hands-on SAP SD configuration experience related to master data, order processing, pricing, output, billing, and experience in integration with other systems and modules especially FICO & BI.\nShould have worked on multiple enhancements & customizations right from requirements gathering to Production deployment\nShould have worked on at least one End-to-End implementation project\nProven ability to research, assess and implement SAP solutions to support new business requirements\nExcellent communication & collaboration skills, and ability to translate business processes or concepts into technical requirements\nAbility to work under pressure to meet deadlines and be able to multitask and prioritize as needed.\nExcellent data analysis and analytical skills along with the ability to debug and trouble-shoot issues.\nEnthusiastic outlook with affinity to quickly learn new things.\nTeam player with effective coordination with other employees.\nThe ability to successfully interact with on-site business & team members and work in a matrix environment is required\nEducational Qualification\nBE, B TECH or MBA with major in Sales/Marketing from a premier institute.\nDesired Skills:\nImplementation at a large distributor/manufacturer. Pharma/Healthcare distribution experience is preferred.\nExperience in Vistex module\nAbility to understand ABAP code and be conversant in debugging.\nResponsibilities:\nAs part of the Rebates & Pricing team, lead various initiatives and be responsible for maintenance and enhancement of IS Applications supporting Pricing, Rebates, Order to Cash and related business functions\nBuild relationships, network and work closely with business users and business leadership to define business processes, roadmaps, priorities and execute projects in SAP/Vistex to achieve business goals.\nLearn and gain expertise in Medline business processes, map out process flows, and identify areas for improvement with process change or system improvements.\nWork closely with the business community to elicit and define requirements, business goals and critical success factors with the goal of delivering the correct solution per business-mandated deadlines.\nOwn delivery of a project and drive the project to closure with little or no supervision and follow-ups from business or IS supervisors.\nCollaborate with various technical and functional teams to evaluate & propose design alternatives and optimize the solution, while minimizing impact to system stability and performance.\nPresent ideas, designs and areas of expertise to broader groups, including management in the user community\nCommunicate system issues and impacts to business stakeholders in clear non-technical terms.\nDocument detailed requirements, solution design and test plans using standard templates as part of Medline’s SDLC and Agile Methodology.\nCarry out functional testing and assist with the QA review process for Change Approvals.\nAssist the team manager in determining the scope and impact of enhancement requests, estimating effort, developing detailed project plans, managing cutover tasks and communicating status as required.\nAssist the team manager in status reporting and project milestone tracking.\nEffectively plan, create documentation and conduct transition activities for newly implemented functionality to teammates and business users.\nDemonstrate a “Get it Done” attitude and drive initiatives to closure with proactive stakeholder interaction and following-ups and escalating as needed.\nActively participate in monitoring, maintaining, supporting and enhancing our OTC System Landscape including but not limited to SAP ECC, Vistex, and other Tools.\nEnsure the highest level of systems availability, and provide off-hours support as needed including, but not limited to, participating in the on-call rotation.\nMaintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times and consistently interact professionally and productively with all levels of Medline employees.\nFollow Medline’s Code of Ethics and other corporate policies.\nClick here to learn more about a career in IT at Medline!\nOur benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
