Anticipates and takes action on what needs to be done to ensure projects are completed.\nLead risk analysis activities for new and existing products and services; provide insight and review with client and leadership.\nDevelop, initiate and implement innovative and effective quality programs and solutions to improve quality outcomes for our customers.\nAnalyze customer specific quality data and map engagement strategies to address quality trends.\nTroubleshoot potential quality trends.\nPresent to current and potential Medline customers, sales reps, and division leadership to promote Medline quality initiatives.\nMINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree.\nCertification / Licensure:\nN/A\nWork Experience:\nAt least 5 years of experience quality, marketing, or related field.\nAt least 2 years’ experience in project management.\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nAbility to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.\nSkill and ability to complete assignments and projects within tight timeframes.\nAbility to coordinate concurrent projects and manage competing priorities and critical deadlines.\nProficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and computer system technology.\nPosition requires travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).\nPREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nEducation:\nNone\nCertification / Licensure:\nNone\nWork Experience:\nNone\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nExperience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems\nMedline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.\nThe anticipated salary range for this position:\n$79,000.00 - $119,000.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
