Will act as the primary contact as a business relationship manager that will become a subject matter expert in operations data for Safety, People, Quality, Service, or Cost.Job Description\nBusiness Analyst Responsibilities:\nSupports requirements gathering and discovery workshops with our business stakeholders.\nConducts current state assessments of business processes and supporting systems.\nPerforms gap and data analysis in support of identifying improvement opportunities.\nSupports Technical Leads and developers by providing functional clarification and setting expectations with team and business.\nDocuments socializes, and triages issues, defects, and enhancement requests.\nElicit and document requirements, and creates logical system specifications and/or wireframes, change requests, test cases, user guides, training materials, and strategy roadmaps.\nCreate process/data flows to create a visual representation of requirements\nExecuting test cases and ensuring the overall quality of the solution is a plus.\nPerform System configurations\nIndependently identify, research, and resolve open design questions\nProvide functional and technical support for production systems\nScrum Master Responsibilities\nFacilitate the team's Scrum ceremonies, i.e. Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Backlog grooming.\nLiaise with the Product Owner and the Business Analysts in order to ensure completeness and clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria.\nGuiding the team on how to get the most of out of self-organization.\nGuiding the team on the Agile Scrum methodology in order to constantly improve the Scrum team's standards of work.\nManaging relationships and communicating with the project sponsor, senior management and other project contributors\nAssisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information\nRemoving impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and drive those from idea to implementation.\nWork Experience and Skills:\nBachelor’s degree related to Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Information Technology from an accredited university\n 6-8 + years of experience related to Business Analyst / Scrum Master or Technical Analyst within an IT technology environment\nUnderstand the path to purchase and flow of data between systems in an e-commerce environment\nHands-on experience working on Enterprise e-commerce applications.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written\nTechnical understanding of complex Enterprise Web and Mobile Application development and deployment concepts\nExperience in an Agile Environment (using Jira, Confluence)\nAbility to solve problems, identify solutions, and appropriately escalate issues\nExcels at operating in a fast-paced technical environment\nProficient with SQL\nUnderstand the fundamentals of DevOps/Continuous Delivery Pipeline.\nSome development in Java, HTML, and Javascript\nExperience in working onshore-offshore model/Global teams.\nWork experience in ecommerce domain is a plus\nExperience working with Oracle Web Commerce (ATG / Endeca/BoomReach) is a big plus.\nExcellent computer skills and proficiency in Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook\nEducational Qualification:\n\nBachelor’s degree related to Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or Information Technology from an accredited university\n\nAssist in creating user stories for the sprint\nAssist the Business Team with UAT testing of the stories\nFacilitate sprint grooming meetings with the project team\nParticipate with Product Owner and Product Grooming processes.\nClick here to learn more about a career in IT at Medline!\nOur benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
