Other duties may include working with end users, supporting the functional teams, and assisting with audit projects.\nResponsibilities & Work Experience:\nHandle day-to-day SAP Security help desk tickets. \nUnderstanding of Role-based access control concept and policy.\nProvision SAP user accounts (set up new, change, and remove). \nCommunicate effectively with the IT team and business users regarding Security issues. \nCoordinate collection and preparation of Security data for auditors. \nDevelop documentation such as work instructions, policies, and procedures. \nAttention to detail and accuracy is a must. \nAbility to function in a fast-paced environment, quickly and efficiently. \nRequired Skills:\nGood customer service acumen. \n6-10 years of experience working with SAP ECC Security. \nFamiliarity with SAP S/4 HANA security. \nKnowledge of setting up SAP users. \nProficient with Microsoft Office tools. \nBasic understanding of audit procedures. \nInterpersonally skilled at working with both technical and non-technical users. \nExcellent oral and written communication skills. \nGRC Knowledge would add value Educational Qualification \nBachelor’s degree in a related field of study. \nTechnical certificate, education, or work experience may be substituted in lieu of education as determined by Management.\nClick here to learn more about a career in IT at Medline!\nOur benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
