Define standards for team deliverables and processes.\nSolve complex problems; act as escalation point for IS team members. Take a new perspective on existing solutions to troubleshooting and support all deployed software.\nIdentify and resolve complex issues with sustainable solutions. Provide advantages and disadvantages of potential solutions. Resolve issues and errors and improve performance and security as needed in a timely manner.\nAssess the impact of specific business processes. Identify and design systems/architecture/processes that enhance the business' value. Translate the interrelationship of systems, and prioritization of issues based on impact to business and department.\nTake ownership of deliverables and improve existing processes. Represent broader organizational initiatives when working across teams.\nPrioritize primary assignments and ad-hoc work. Identify when deadlines are at risk and remediate to minimize schedule impacts. Manage multiple primary assignments.\nHandle conflict across teams. Deliver feedback to team members. Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including senior leaders and executives. \nParticipate in requirements gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders with minimal dependency from Lead or Manager; act as a primary contact for all domains\nActs as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives.\nUsing appropriate technology capabilities, designs, writes, tests, debugs and documents new and modified processes.\nEvaluate application and program modifications to ensure solutions align with business and technical requirements. Collaborate with end users and product owners to prototype, refine, test, and debug as needed.\nAdhere to and enforce all company standards related to software development including security, performance and resiliency standards.\nContribute to and promote the continuous improvement of all software development practices. Engage in continuous improvement of one’s own skill set, both technical and non-technical.\nMaintain an understanding of software development industry trends and best practices and promote their introduction to the company as applicable.\nConsult with all software system stakeholders to provide any necessary technical expertise and analysis.\nDevelop a solid understanding of the company business domain and apply this understanding to all software development activities.\nComply with all company policies and procedures and government regulatory mandates.\nWork Experience:\nAt least 8 to 10 years of experience in software development.\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nExperience in workflow management.\n7+ years of experience in designing and developing SAP ABAP based applications with preferred exposure to interfaces using middleware solutions\n Ability to work across multiple teams within the IT organization. Must be able to effectively work with Key portfolio & management stakeholders and be able to communicate clearly on work status updates.\nAbility to work across multiple teams within the IT organization.
