Communicate key drivers in regards to the full financial profit and loss statement (sales, AGM, customer drivers, adjustments, etc.).\nSupport Director and key business partners in ad hoc projects other key business initiatives.\nDevelop and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies.\nOversee and manage the financial reporting among the financial analysis team.\nSupport new business initiatives, system integrations, and other major change management impacting the FA team.\nPerform ROI analysis, scenario modeling, and provide decision support for future business planning decisions and investments.\nCollaborate with product divisions and sales to drive improve profitability.\nConduct and lead quarterly/monthly financial business reviews with Divisions and other senior management.\nProvide specialized expertise through leading special projects and financial reviews. Lead special projects within the financial analysis and reporting team to drive process improvement and consistency.\nServe as backup to the Director of Financial Analysis.\nMINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.\nCertification / Licensure:\nNone\nWork Experience:\nAt least 7 years of financial planning, reporting and/or analysis experience.\nAt least 5 years of experience providing financial advice and counsel to P&L/business owners.\nExperience in leading strategic decision making and goal setting initiatives.\nExperience in leading profit improvement initiatives.\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nAdvanced skill level in Microsoft Excel and other ERP financial systems.\nWilling to travel for business purposes (within state and out of state).\nPREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nEducation:\nMBA.\nCertification / Licensure:\nNone\nWork Experience:\nExperience directly managing people including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing people as they work.\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nNone\nMedline Industries, LP is an equal opportunity employer.
