This role combines project management expertise with a deep understanding of the healthcare domain to drive successful outcomes and maintain positive relationships with customers.A Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple customers facing projects, delivering a variety of services, working with cross divisional functions to drive customer satisfaction. Effective communication to internal and external stakeholders is crucial, as well as demonstrated ability to handle projects and customers with varying complexity.\nJob Description\nMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:\nEffectively manage multiple customer projects by providing regular internal updates to key stakeholders which will include adherence to project timelines and milestones, tracking of project progress, identifying potential at risk items with mitigation plans and ensuring project timeline is met.\nServe as primary point of contact with internal and external stakeholders, work with various departments to define project requirements, provide status updates, completion of testing and validation, and receiving final approval for implementation.\nUsing appropriate tools and project management methodologies, track and record project performance to ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within defined project scope.\nEstablish and maintain constructive working relationships and keep stakeholders by providing timely feedback of project progress and ensuring the underlying needs of stakeholders are met.\nCollaborate with functional group team members across Medline to support the execution of customer projects and manage day to-day questions and concerns\nIdentify process improvement opportunities while utilizing Lean Processing methodologies through the sales structure. Ensure recommended solutions deliver best in class solutions specific to customer needs.\nCollaboratively working with the project management team to provide recommendations for process improvement, ensure proper training of new employees on processes, and assist leadership in building effective Project Manager that are able to perform in a fast-paced environment.\nCoordinate and travel to onsite projects to support program implementation, and/or account go-live.\nMINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nEducation:\nBachelor's Degree\nCertification / Licensure:\nNone required.\nWork Experience:\n3-5 years of project management or consulting experience.\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nStrong communication with internal and external stakeholders\nDemonstrated problem solving skills with experience assessing and initiating actions independently.\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)\nTravel requirement of up to 50%\nPREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nEducation:\nDegree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related program\nCertification / Licensure:\nPMP, Six Sigma Lean Certification\nWork Experience:\nHealthcare Industry\nCustomer facing project management\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nMicrosoft Project Operations\nMedline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.\nThe anticipated salary range for this position:\n$92,000.00 - $138,000.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
