Purpose
In the role of Tender Agent, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end tender management process. You will prepare, coordinate, and deliver high-quality tender submissions within the required timelines, ensuring that both existing and new customers receive best-in-class tender solutions.
How can you help us?
- Experience with providing administrative support for tenders for both public and private customers.
- Ability to ensure full compliance with public procurement requirements when working on public-sector tenders.
- Confidence in coordinating the tender process and collaborating with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and marketing.
- Strong skills in background research, document searches, and data collection needed for tender preparation.
- A reliable approach to meeting tender deadlines and taking ownership of timely delivery.
- Capability to support the review and final sign-off of proposals and other tender documents.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to suggest and support improvements to systems and processes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, including tracking contracts, managing issues, reporting trends, and responding to stakeholder inquiries.
- Readiness to handle sample order placements required for tender submissions.
Are you a match?
- 1-2 years of experience in contract and/or tender management.
- Background or strong interest in administration or legal topics.
- Solid oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills..
- A sense of pride in delivering high-quality work within agreed timelines.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities effectively.
- A calm and professional approach when interacting with customers.
- Confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all internal and external levels.
- Proficiency in Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, resulting in a methodical and structured way of working.
- Good command of MS Office.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
