Job Summary
Plan, direct and coordinate the training and development activities for QA/QC/RA staff (and related roles).Ensure applicable, consistent and timely training and provide on-boarding support to new employees in the Quality Division as well as on-going, advanced development initiatives.
Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct needs analyses to guide creation of new training and the modification or elimination of existing training as required. Ensure training curriculum addresses needs of new and existing QA/RA staff. Monitor, revise and add content as needed.
- Provide specialized knowledge in partnering with SME's within Quality to create and update training materials such as presentations, worksheets, case studies, pre-work, and post-course quizzes and follow up. Use participant feedback to enhance effectiveness of various training activities.
- Partner with offsite locations/plants regarding training programs; identify gaps and help address training needs.
- Perform hands-on training and verification of effectiveness training for staff at all Medline plants.
- Develop and deliver annual cGMP/ISO/QSR training company wide.
- Serve as a liaison for new hires in need of direction/assistance, resolving issues or finding information relative to the department.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.).
Certification / Licensure:
- None
Work Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in a Quality role focused on researching, developing and implementing methods and procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and/or inspection.
- Experience evaluating information and/or process to determine department needs.
- Experience with MS Office Suite.
- Willing to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$85,000.00 - $128,000.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
