Ensure training curriculum addresses needs of new and existing QA/RA staff. Monitor, revise and add content as needed.\nProvide specialized knowledge in partnering with SME's within Quality to create and update training materials such as presentations, worksheets, case studies, pre-work, and post-course quizzes and follow up. Use participant feedback to enhance effectiveness of various training activities.\nPartner with offsite locations/plants regarding training programs; identify gaps and help address training needs.\nPerform hands-on training and verification of effectiveness training for staff at all Medline plants.\nDevelop and deliver annual cGMP/ISO/QSR training company wide.\nServe as a liaison for new hires in need of direction/assistance, resolving issues or finding information relative to the department.\nMINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.).\nCertification / Licensure:\nNone\nWork Experience:\nAt least 4 years of experience in a Quality role focused on researching, developing and implementing methods and procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and/or inspection.\nExperience evaluating information and/or process to determine department needs.\nExperience with MS Office Suite.\nWilling to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nNone\nPREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:\nEducation:\nNone\nCertification / Licensure:\nNone\nWork Experience:\nAt least 1 year of experience delivering training programs to engage and educate Quality professionals.\nExperience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nNone\nMedline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.\nThe anticipated salary range for this position:\n$85,000.00 - $128,000.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
