We're looking for a .NET API Developer to build and maintain our data sharing integrations, owning each project from initial design through production support. You'll work directly with technical counterparts at partner companies, translating business requirements into reliable, well-tested data pipelines.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nDevelop code to automate the import and export of data in various formats to internal and external locations\n\nWork with project stakeholders to design workflows and data formats that meet project requirements\n\nContribute to MyMedlogix.com, the customer portal for the MyMedlogix platform\n\nTake features from ticket to production: estimate, implement, test, review, deploy, monitor\n\nCreate, modify, and optimize database objects\n\nDebug and resolve production issues, including root-cause analysis on performance and data problems\n\nParticipate in code reviews and Git-based workflows\n\nCollaborate in Scrum ceremonies and keep work visible in Jira and Azure DevOps\n\nContribute to architecture decisions and help modernize the MyMedlogix platform\n\nTECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:\n\n3-5 years building production applications with C# and .NET (.NET 6/8+ and/or .NET Framework)\n\nStrong experience with ASP.NET Core - Web API and/or MVC\n\nSolid HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals\n\nRelational database experience: SQL Server, including writing non-trivial queries\n\nORM experience, specifically Entity Framework, EF Core, or Dapper\n\nWorking knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell preferred)\n\nWorking knowledge of FTP / FTPS / SFTP / RESTful Web Services\n\nGit-based workflows and code review practice\n\nREQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nStrong written and oral communication skills\n\nAbility to communicate clearly with non-engineers and work independently on scoped features\n\nAbility to work in a fast-moving environment\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks with different deadlines\n\nAbility to work within a team\n\nNICE TO HAVE:\n\nDomain experience with Auto and/or Workers' Compensation, Medical Claims, Independent Medical Exams or Peer Reviews\n\nAltova MapForce\n\nX12 / EDI transactions (specifically 837)\n\nJAMS Scheduler (or other enterprise scheduling software)\n\nPGP encryption (or other similar encryption technologies)\n\nTesting tools relevant to data pipelines (unit/integration tests around ETL code)\n\nMessaging and async patterns, such as RabbitMQ or Kafka\n\nAuthentication and authorization: MTLS, OAuth 2.0,or EntraID/Identity Server\n\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience\n\nEEOC STATEMENT:\nMedlogix is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
